Not all properties qualify. Eligibility depends on the building, the unit, and how much inventory we are already managing there — we will tell you where you stand on the first call, either way. The offer waives our management commission on the first $5,000 in gross rental revenue — a value of up to $750 at our standard 15% rate. Cleaning fees and any owner-approved maintenance or supply costs are billed as normal. After the first $5,000, our commission is 15% of rental revenue and does not change for the term of your management agreement. Available on new management agreements for a limited time. Dolce Vita Getaways reserves the right to modify or end this offer at any time.
