LISTING NOTES

RESORT REGISTRATION: The current charge for a 2-bedroom + bunk unit is $90 plus tax (approximately $97.20 total). It includes up to 8 wristbands and 2 parking passes and is paid online before arrival. Wristbands are picked up in the ground-floor lobby. Resort fees and rules are subject to change.

MINIMUM AGE: Anyone 21 and older can reserve this condo. 18+ require special permission. Please contact the Property Manager and ask for special permission to book.

CHECK-IN: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM Central.

PARKING: Up to 2 vehicles are permitted. Reserved space 1104 is on the 11th floor. A second vehicle may use a yellow-marked space, typically found between garage floors 2 and 12. Garage clearance is 6 ft 7 in. Additional vehicles must use off-site overflow parking.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide one dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, travel-size bath items, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Guests should purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
