OCCUPANCY: Maximum 8 guests.

CHECK-IN: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM Central. Same-day bookings do not change the standard check-in time unless we confirm otherwise.

PARKING: Up to 2 vehicles are permitted. Reserved space 1104 is on the 11th floor. A second vehicle may use a yellow-marked space, typically found between garage floors 2 and 12. Garage clearance is 6 ft 7 in. Additional vehicles must use off-site overflow parking.

RESORT REGISTRATION: The current charge for a 2-bedroom + bunk unit is $90 plus tax (approximately $97.20 total). It includes up to 8 wristbands and 2 parking passes and is paid online before arrival. Wristbands are picked up in the ground-floor lobby. Resort fees and rules are subject to change.

MINIMUM AGE: The standard minimum age is 18. For stays that include March 28 through April 11, the minimum age is 21.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide one dishwasher pod, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, travel-size bath items, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Guests should purchase additional supplies for longer stays.

🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN DETAILS:

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.
