🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN DETAILS:

Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed or approved in advance. If the property becomes available early, we’ll contact you and may offer access before 4:00 PM for a $40 fee. If you need guaranteed access earlier in the day- consider adding the previous night to your reservation, if available.

→ RESERVED PARKING: This condo includes one covered reserved space on Level 10, the same floor as the condo. Space #1084 is assigned exclusively to Unit 1013. Only one vehicle is permitted.

→ MANDATORY RESORT REGISTRATION FEE: Shores of Panama currently charges $85 plus tax per reservation. This fee is not included in the booking total. It must be paid directly to the resort through its online guest-registration portal before arrival. The fee includes one parking pass, up to six wristbands, and resort amenity access. We will send the registration link after booking.

→ Anyone 19 and older can reserve this condo.

→ Exterior construction noise may occur during standard daytime work hours
