→ RESORT PRE-REGISTRATION: Will be a separate $120 RESORT FEE PLUS TAX PER RESERVATION. This will be paid directly to the Laketown Wharf Resort for wristbands and parking passes. A link will be sent to your cell phone a week before your arrival to complete the check in process.

→ Age Requirement – Reserving Guest must be at least 19 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.

→ MONTHLY STAYS – Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!

→ Damage Waiver – There is $1,500 of accidental damage coverage which is included per reservation and provided by Safely Insurance! ‘

→ INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL – Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided.
