→ Resort Fee: Shores of Panama charges a $97 resort registration fee payable directly to the front desk upon arrival. This fee includes two parking passes, wristbands, and access to all resort amenities.

→ Minimum Age: Guests 19 years or older may reserve this condo. Guests 18 years old may book with prior approval from the Property Manager.

→ Parking: A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per reservation. This policy is strictly enforced by the resort.

→ Construction Notice: Exterior maintenance or construction may occasionally occur during normal daytime business hours.
