LISTING NOTES

→ The person making the reservation needs to be 21 and over to book and be present.

→ Upon arrival, all guests must check in at the HOA office to receive their parking and resort passes. The office is located on the first floor to the left as you enter. The fee is $35, payable by cash or credit card.

→ Parking is limited during peak times, only 1 vehicle allowed per stay.

→ MONTHLY STAYS – Message Us for Great, Long Term Snowbird and Travel Nurse Rental Rates Throughout the Fall and Winter Months!

→ No Pets – Only certified service animals are allowed per the condo association (no ESAs permitted). Documentation of the animal’s service and advance notice are required.

→ There is a coin operated laundry available on the same floor as the condo!
